If you have private or group insurance, GapCoverage™ helps reimburse the portion of your blood test fee that your insurance doesn't cover.
How it works
1. Have your appointment
Get your blood test at any GTR clinic or by mobile service.
2. Complete the GapCoverage™ form
You'll find the GapCoverage™ form in your initial appointment email, or on our website. Fill it out and submit it yourself — reimbursement can't be processed without it.
3. Get reimbursed
Once your form is submitted, your reimbursement is processed afterward. Timing varies.

GapCoverage™ applies to private and group insurance. RAMQ-covered and IFHP cases follow different rules — ask us and we'll explain your options.
